Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, compare images and videos, and write concise explanations in English about what was off.

Work remotely, receive weekly payments, and gain free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the US and Canada. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to find issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.
• Provide explanations in English that point to observed issues.
