Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking PhD and academic experts to support AI research projects remotely. You will use your subject-matter expertise and research skills to evaluate and improve AI model responses across technical and humanities disciplines.

As a contractor, you will contribute to the development of rigorous evaluation methodologies, write expert-level prompts, and help set quality benchmarks for AI systems. Strong English communication and peer-review experience are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research background in STEM or humanities.
• Experience with academic writing and peer review.
• Strong written English communication and clarity.
• Excellent critical analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Experience evaluating AI model responses preferred.

Responsibilities
