Job summary

FutureSearch is seeking an exceptional research contractor to support development of tasks for training and benchmarking frontier models. We are an elite team of engineers and researchers at the frontier of AI epistemics, with a public track record in forecasting tournaments and published works such as our ICLR Workshop paper in Jan 2026.

Qualifications

• You are a very careful researcher.
• You can patiently get to the bottom of subtle information retrieval tasks.
• You are familiar with using web research LLM tools and updating your views as tooling changes.
• You know how to rapidly get up to speed on a new domain while remaining calibrated on uncertainties.
• You are a strong communicator who can explain reasoning and uncertainties clearly.
• You work well in both synchronous and asynchronous environments.
