Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.
Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD per hour and get free access to leading LLMs to support your evaluations.
Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
- Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
- Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
- Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
