Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write precise explanations of what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems during flexible, remote work.

Paid on a freelance contract basis, with weekly payments. Rates vary by expertise, and you can work from anywhere with no minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on outputs.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI outputs by how well they follow prompts and explain observed issues in writing.
• Inspect AI-generated images/videos closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-text misalignment.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide a written justification.
