Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating adherence, quality, and realism, then writing concise explanations in English. The role offers flexible hours, nationwide accessibility, and pay up to $18 USD per hour with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard for each evaluation.
