Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking digital workflow evaluators to review AI outputs and related materials from home. You’ll assess against clear requirements, document evidence, and explain judgments. This remote role is flexible, around 20 hours weekly, and paid hourly as an independent contractor.

The work involves using ChatGPT and other AI tools, applying rubrics, and maintaining consistency across tasks to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with practical experience using ChatGPT.
• Strong digital literacy and analytical judgment.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflow screenshots, source materials and AI outputs against project requirements.
• Apply project rubrics and record the evidence behind each judgment.
• Explain why an output meets requirements or needs improvement.
• Keep judgments accurate and consistent across repeated review tasks.
