Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of equivalent technical product experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management owning roadmaps and criteria.
• 2+ years managing platform or shared-service products.
• 2+ years working with LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures.
• 2+ years evaluating AI models and applications (gold-set, red-teaming).
• 1+ years using SQL and Python to read telemetry and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, intake prioritization, and enterprise adoption.
• Design and deploy AI-powered evaluation solutions with responsible AI focus.
• Consolidate fragmented practices into a governed shared service with standard scorecards.
• Define evaluation dimensions for LLMs and agentic solutions.
• Curate test sets, set thresholds for automated scoring, and prioritize features.
• Leverage enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and generate reports.
