Job summary

Camunda is hiring for Forward Deployed Engineers to bring ProcessOS into production at enterprise customers. You’ll own the deployment journey from first process file to a working, improving system, working across Java services and React interfaces with a global team.

You’ll help shape features, fix bugs, and drive adoption while building robust, scalable workflows in real‑world environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production systems inside large organizations with governance and resilience focus.
• Ability to debug integrations, build custom agents, and stand up a Camunda cluster.
• Strong cross‑functional communication with engineering, architecture, and leadership.
• Practical AI exposure: context management, prompts, agent testing, integration tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment journey from first process file to a running, improving production workflow.
• Collaborate with customers to shape features, agents, and skill files for the product.
• Drive adoption across technical and business stakeholders to enable lasting capability.
• Configure Camunda clusters, diagnose integration failures, and extend platform capabilities.
• Document patterns and create faster, repeatable deployments for future projects.
• Hand off trained, independent customer teams and ensure ongoing improvement.
