Job summary

Camunda is seeking a technically adept consultant to help customers optimize business processes using the Camunda platform. Role focuses on process engineering, design, and software architecture with on-site and remote delivery.

You will work with customers globally, delivering workshops, modelings, and implementations while collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience in a related role.
• Five years of experience with BPM; Java/J2EE; SQL; XML; SQL Server; PL/SQL.
• Experience with RPA; Blue Prism 6.x; Forms.io; Protractor; AngularJS; JSON database; Oracle; DB2; Azure.
• Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda’s product.

Responsibilities

• Leverage engineering to prompt sales of products and services, including process engineering, design, software architecture and development.
• Assist customers with process engineering, design, and implementation.
• Design and implement technical solutions to improve customer experience with Camunda products.
• Provide consulting services including process modeling, automation with Camunda platform, software engineering and architecture on-site and remotely.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical training material.
• Create and conduct technical workshops for development teams to ensure correct engineering processes are used.
• Consult with customers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to communicate products and client needs.
• Propose improved materials and products and explain benefits.
• Assist with R&D of new technical products. Telecommuting permitted 100%.
• Position reports to company HQ in Wilmington, DE.

What you’ll be doing:

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related technical role

• Five (5) years of experience with: Business Process Management; Java/J2EE; SQL; XML; SQL Server; PL/SQL.

• Experience with: Robotic Process Automation; Blue Prism v6.x; Forms.io; Protractor; Angular JS; JSON database; Oracle; DB2; and Azure.

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
