R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer for R37, its AI lab, to transform healthcare workflows into AI-powered products. You will build full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to address real workflow challenges.

You will own features end‑to‑end—from ideation and design to deployment and iteration—while crafting intuitive experiences that reveal AI capabilities in clear, trustworthy ways.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands‑on React development.
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Python.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating production‑grade full‑stack applications.
• Proven ability to own projects and features from requirements gathering and design through deployment and optimization.
• Experience collaborating closely with product, design, and customer‑facing teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Building and delivering AI-powered products using React, Node.js, Python, and modern full-stack development practices.
• Partnering directly with customers, designers, and researchers to understand user needs and translate them into innovative product solutions.
• Designing intuitive experiences that make sophisticated AI outputs and automations easy to understand and adopt.
