Job summary
Exemplar Companies seeks an AI Platform Developer to build, maintain, and enhance AI-powered applications and workflows from a remote US location. You will work closely with the Senior Solutions Architect, implement integrations with CRM systems, calendars, and other third-party tools, and optimize AI agents through prompt engineering and tooling.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or similar.
- Proficiency with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; remote work ability.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance AI-powered applications.
- Build integrations with CRM, calendars, and other tools.
- Improve AI agent performance via prompt engineering and workflows.
- Evaluate new AI models and technologies.
- Write clean, documented code and participate in testing.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues.
