Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks off, all on a remote, flexible schedule.

Pay is up to $18 USD per hour with weekly payments. Access to leading LLMs is provided, and ads note additional incentives through Missions. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write explanations in English that point to what was seen or heard.
