Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will interact with live AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to determine adherence to prompts. You must describe what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of decisive judgments when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, glitches, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Write a concise English explanation of the observed issues, pointing to causes.
