Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve. You’ll review outputs, explain issues in writing, and contribute to a global evaluation loop from any location.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speech with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely by zooming in and replaying to spot issues like artifacts or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
