Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures, a leading technical training and enablement organisation, is seeking an AI/ML training specialist for a permanent remote role in the United Kingdom. You’ll deliver advanced AI/ML training to engineers and data scientists, coaching learners as they develop new skills, and design curricula that meet enterprise learning needs.

You should have strong hands-on Python experience and familiarity with modern AI/ML technologies such as ML/DL/Generative AI and MLOps.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML technologies.
• Background could include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI / LLMs, MLOps or related AI Engineering technologies.
• Previous training, teaching, coaching or mentoring experience would be valuable, but it’s not essential.
• Equally interested in experienced AI/ML Engineers who enjoy sharing knowledge and have communication skills to move into training/ coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical AI & ML training to Engineers, Data Scientists and other technical professionals.
• Coaching and supporting technical learners as they develop new AI/ML skills.
• Designing and developing curriculum and technical learning solutions.
• Working with enterprise clients to understand their technical learning needs.
• Continuing to develop your own knowledge across emerging AI/ML technologies.
