Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years in infra/DevOps/MLOps with AI/ML platforms.

About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized leader in AI-driven data analytics, is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote AI/ML Platform Engineer . This role is fundamental to building, scaling, and maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers our advanced machine learning models and AI services. As a remote-first position, you will collaborate with a distributed team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, contributing to the core platform that enables cutting-edge AI development. You will focus on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our ML tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable AI/ML infrastructure and platforms, primarily on cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Develop and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, from experimentation to production deployment.
• Implement and automate monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML workloads to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide efficient solutions.
• Optimize existing ML platforms and tools for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the ML platform and associated data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ML infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development of internal tooling and automation to improve the efficiency of AI development processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and AI platform engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or MLOps, with a significant focus on AI/ML platforms.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their associated services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a fully remote team environment.
