Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/AI/Robotics or a related quantitative field with a focus on ML
• Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production
• Deep learning architectures and optimization techniques (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs)
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows
• Ability to audit model logic, data contamination, and proofs behind ML algorithms
• High attention to detail in spotting hallucinations, biases, or logic failures in AI content

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy
• Audit ML code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness
• Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent and safety
• Analyze model reasoning and identify where CoT prompts fail
• Benchmark model outputs using technical taxonomies and metrics
