Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an AI Engineer to transform operational data into production-grade ML pipelines, models, and LLM-powered applications. You will design, build, and deploy AI/ML products and APIs, partnering with analytics teams to enable AI within dashboards and workflows.

You will lead MLOps, ensure reliable AWS deployments, monitor models, and drive data pipelines with Databricks and vector databases. This role demands strong collaboration and business impact mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/Stats/Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience building and deploying models or AI-powered apps.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and evolve AI-powered software products including LLM apps, ML models, and intelligent automation for supply chain optimization.
• Package AI/ML models as robust APIs for dashboards, applications, and workflows.
• Collaborate with BI team to embed AI features for natural language queries and predictive insights.
• Lead AI/ML technical practices: prompt engineering, model evaluation, experiment tracking, and responsible AI development.
• Ensure models deploy reliably to AWS with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
