Job summary

FolioX Inc. is seeking a talented ML/AI engineer to design and deploy agents (Erik, BOL Agent, Sentinel) that automate dispatch.

You’ll work on voice AI, document extraction, demand forecasting, and pricing intelligence in a fully remote US setting. In this role you will build and fine-tune LLM-based agents for order intake and dispatch triage, create forecasting models for inventory, and design evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied ML/AI experience in production systems.
• Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, model versioning, monitoring, and AB testing.
• BS/MS in CS, ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune LLM-based agents for order intake and dispatch triage.
• Create demand forecasting models for inventory management.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy and reliability.
• Deploy models to production with monitoring and feedback loops.
