Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have (preferred).
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in/replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
