Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work flexible hours from home, travel allowed, with weekly payments. Earn up to $18 per hour, with additional incentives for performance. You’ll help improve AI systems by providing precise feedback in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spots issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judge adherence to instructions.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment in audio/video.
• Write a clear, specific explanation in English of what you observed and why it mattered.
