Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by roleplaying live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring each exchange. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts more accurately and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Able to make clear decisions when two options have flaws.
Responsibilities
- Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
- Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
- Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or misalignment.
- Provide a written explanation in English detailing what was observed and why.
- Record ratings across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism.
