Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models and rate them on naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.

You’ll compare image and video outputs to judge adherence to prompts and explain issues in writing. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
Writing a specific explanation in English pinpointing what you saw or heard.
