Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

You’ll evaluate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and write evidence-based explanations in English. Eligible applicants are from multiple countries, with flexible weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation of findings in English, pointing to observed issues and rationale.
