Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from remote locations. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing after evaluating each exchange.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and providing precise explanations. This is a flexible, remote opportunity with weekly payments and multiple payment options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speakers with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each interaction.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide a written, specific explanation in English detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
