Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media and rate live exchanges with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, explain errors, and provide written assessments from home or while traveling on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to articulate reasons for judgments. A Bachelor's degree or higher is a nice-to-have, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome to join this freelance,

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain reasoning clearly.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural language.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when there are trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
