Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable speaking on realistic scenarios in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was observed or heard.
