Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping advance AI evaluation and learning.

Work from home or while traveling, with payments weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Earn up to $18 USD/hr, with additional incentives through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues in English.
