Outlier is hiring detail-focused evaluators to work remotely reviewing AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Role supports flexible hours and remote work. Compensation is hourly with incentives, and all work helps improve real-world AI systems through rigorous evaluation.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening skills.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think quickly and articulate thoughts clearly on realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit explanations in English.
