Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to explain decisions clearly when both options have flaws.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted movement, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
Writing a concise, English explanation of findings for each evaluation.
