Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and provide written explanations of what went wrong, helping improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

Roles are fully remote with weekly payments and access to popular LLMs. Compensation includes up to $18/hour with additional incentive opportunities, tailored to your expertise and project

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and daily conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
