Outlier invites English-speaking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what was off in writing, helping frontier AI improve in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain decisions in writing.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English citing observations.
