Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank how natural and clear each exchange sounds, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence and write concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence and quality.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write specific explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
