Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all from home or while traveling. Paid weekly, with access to leading LLMs for free.

Your insights help shape how AI systems reason and improve, with ratings across adherence, quality, and realism, and written explanations in English.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong, clear written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
Excellent attention to detail, patience to listen and replay material, ability to zoom in on issues.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence and quality.
Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in, replaying—to spot issues like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatch.
Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
