Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Litigator for an AI-focused project evaluating and improving AI-generated legal advocacy. This remote, contractor role centers on federal civil litigation and motion practice, with a flexible, part-time schedule tailored to project needs.

You will draft and review motions and briefs, assess authority and reasoning, and provide actionable feedback to refine AI performance. Collaboration with research and product teams will shape training materials and evaluation

Qualifications

• Experience handling civil litigation in federal court, including motion practice and case strategy.
• Demonstrated record of at least 3 successful motions in federal civil litigation.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and evaluate litigation motions, briefs, and strategy exercises.
• Review AI-generated responses to federal litigation scenarios.
• Assess arguments, authorities, factual analysis, and persuasive writing.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria and grading frameworks for AI work.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI performance.
