You will assess memoranda, contracts, and analyses for quality and accuracy, and compare AI outputs on reasoning and drafting. You will review litigation strategies and statutory interpretations to provide expert feedback that informs client advisory decisions.

Remote, hourly engagement with a start is available now. Expect 20+ hours weekly and compensation on a per-task basis initially, then hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a lawyer or in a closely related legal role.
• Experience drafting legal documents and advising on transactions.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsabilités
