Qualifications

• Six or more years of software engineering experience with LLM-based apps.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered products to production.
• Deep familiarity with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience designing evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic systems.
• Strong Python skills with modern app frameworks.
• Solid grasp of responsible AI, safety and policy considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy for prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based architectures.
• Drive design patterns, evaluation frameworks, and reusable tooling across teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship reliable LLM-powered features.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and raise quality standards.
