Qualifications

• Six+ years of software engineering with LLM-based apps.
• Production experience shipping LLM-powered products.
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and embeddings.
• Strong Python skills and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide standards, patterns, and reference architectures for LLM-based applications.
• Design prompt structures and retrieval strategies for production use cases.
• Architect agentic systems with tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Lead retrieval-augmented generation pipelines including chunking and reranking.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt quality and end-to-end task success.
• Build internal tooling and libraries to accelerate LLM app development.
