Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional copywriting, content marketing, brand writing, or conversion copywriting experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional long-form and short-form writing.
• Strong understanding of conversion copywriting and customer psychology.
• Experience writing for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, and product marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research capability.
• Outstanding editing and proofreading skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Copywriting: Create compelling copy for Websites, Landing pages, Product launches, Sales pages, Email sequences, Marketing campaigns, Social media, Advertisements, Video scripts, Educational resources, Sales presentations, Brochures, Customer onboarding, Product messaging.
• Conversion Optimization: Improve headlines, strengthen calls-to-action, increase conversion rates, improve readability, simplify complex concepts, refine customer messaging, test new copy approaches.
• AI-First Content Creation: Leverage AI to improve research, customer insights, ideation, draft generation, editing, SEO, content optimization, prompt engineering, workflow automation, quality assurance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Design, Operations, Executive Leadership, AI Engineers, and Automation Specialists to ensure each customer interaction communicates clearly and consistently.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze content performance, improve messaging, strengthen brand voice, increase customer engagement, refine AI workflows, and continuously improve content.
