Job summary

OPENLANE is hiring an AI-first Android Developer to build and scale our digital marketplace mobile experiences. You’ll ship Kotlin-based UI with Jetpack Compose, leverage AI tools, and own features end-to-end from design to deployment in a remote US environment.

You should have 3+ years of Android development, a solid Kotlin background, and a product mindset. You’ll collaborate with product, design, backend and iOS teams to deliver reliable, testable software at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Android development.
• Experience shipping production Android apps.
• AI-first mindset with ability to evaluate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Android features across seller and buyer experiences.
• Ship Compose UI and maintain legacy XML as needed.
• Write unit tests and meet CI standards.
• Collaborate with Product/Design and backend teams.
