Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

You’ll stress-test three-statement models, trace numbers through logic, and draft clear analyses you’d present to a CFO; flexible, remote work with competitive hourly pay up to $125+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: explanations as a training signal.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and unsupported conclusions.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short with honest assumptions and clear drivers.
