Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses and verify the underlying assumptions and accounting. You'll trace numbers, challenge drivers, and craft defensible judgments fit for a CFO.

In this remote, project-based role, you’ll stress-test three-statement models, validate DCF inputs, and clearly explain your conclusions in fluent English. Prior FP&A/Strategic Finance experience is valued, and there is no degree requirement.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
