Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to listen, observe, and articulate what looks or sounds off in AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Comfort explaining complex scenarios clearly, even when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank and compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, misalignment, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write concise, English explanations detailing what was observed and why.
