Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated media to assess prompt fidelity. You’ll explain what looked or sounded off in writing, contributing to improvements in AI reasoning and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to notice subtle issues in media outputs.
• Ability to explain findings clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and rate how natural and clear the exchanges are.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches and explain findings in writing.
