Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong in English.

Outlier helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and perform in the real world. Tasks include evaluating realism, adherence, and quality across media types with rapid weekly payments and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of observations.
