Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos to prompts, and write explanations for what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll help shape how AI systems reason and learn by contributing precise evaluations used to improve real-world performance. Earn up to $18/hr with flexible hours and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in evaluations.
• Ability to articulate why outputs fail and how to improve.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and self‑management.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and assess performance.
• Compare AI-generated media (images/videos) to prompts and rank fidelity.
• Write clear, concise explanations of issues observed in English.
