Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is seeking an AI Engineer / Search Engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered search systems, build ranking models, and integrate ML solutions across products.

The role emphasizes NLP, vector/semantic search, and scalable data pipelines in a remote setup. Applicants should have ML frameworks experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and hands-on exposure to Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or OpenSearch
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages
• Familiarity with NLP techniques, vector search, and semantic search technologies
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered search systems and machine learning models
• Build and optimize search algorithms, ranking models, and relevance pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products
• Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and deep learning techniques
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and search quality
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support model training and search indexing
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices
