Job summary

CHI Software is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern ML technologies. You will build and maintain LLM-based solutions with providers like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.

You will develop RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations, applying ML libraries to create robust AI/ML solutions. A strong focus on clean Python code, CI/CD, and Azure deployment will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, Math, Statistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years deploying ML/AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications using major providers (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic Claude) or open-source models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and ML technologies.
• Build and maintain LLM-based solutions with providers like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.
• Develop and implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations.
• Apply ML libraries/frameworks to build, optimize, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
