Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering.
• Backend experience in .NET or Java with Python familiarity.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered features such as RAG and tool calling.
• Experience with Azure cloud, REST APIs, Git and CI/CD.
• Front-end familiarity with React, Angular, or TypeScript.
• Ability to learn a new codebase quickly and contribute in weeks.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines and tool-calling agents.
• Integrate AI solutions with middleware and reusable capabilities.
• Implement evaluation, testing, and quality gates for AI outputs.
• Develop APIs, backend services, integrations, and UI components.
• Add observability, logging, and cost tracking to AI systems.
• Collaborate with solution teams to enable independent development.
• Document designs, decisions, and lessons for future teams.
